GROUP COACHING

Group coaching, which brings together people in different units or institutions who are not in direct communication and/or do not know each other, gives us the chance to get support from other members of the group, gain different perspectives and also support them while we seek our own solutions and move towards our goals. Advantages of coaching with the group; pluralistic support, belonging, awareness, different ideas, rich learning process and an opportunity to receive feedback.
