Pınar Aydemir Basaran is an ICF and Global Coach Group Certified Leadership Coach, Mentor and Trainer. She is also a mediator and a former lawyer. She has 27 years of professional experience in total; she worked in executive positions, as partner in two different law firms in Istanbul and as a coach and trainer working as part of TCC. Breakdown of 27 years comprises of: 3.5 years of government service at the Ministry of Industry and Trade; 15.5 years of legal practice and 8 years of coaching and training practice. She concentrates on leadership and conflict management coaching. She is living in USA since from August 2018.
Pınar has graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Law. During her legal practice she advised and represented many local and multinational clients mainly in commercial law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts law and competition law.
Following a successful carrier as a lawyer and law firm partner in two prominent law firms in Istanbul she decided to carry her experience, wisdom, and passion to serve human beings on another platform through coaching, mentoring and training. Therefore, first she became an ICF certified coach and earned several other coaching expertise including conflict management coaching, Global Coach Group’s certified leadership coach, certified in The Neuroscience of Change, certified NLP Practitioner and certified Limbic Coaching Technique Master.
She gets fueled by working with people for their excellence. She is a firm believer that living a fulfilled life is based on living with values and vision. She has a passion to make the world a better place through coaching, mediation, training and facilitating conflicts in people’s personal and professional lives with a holistic approach. Through coaching and mentoring she has facilitated many positive changes, improvements and transitions in the lives of her clients. Her executive clients hold management positions in various industries including banking, legal, retail and logistics sectors. She is one of the instructors at The Solution, a mediation center established by and within Istanbul Bilgi University,
She likes to travel, read, cook and dance; she does volunteer mentoring in her free time. She coached and mentored many students from METU as part of social responsibility projects namely ODTU- Dünyayı Değiştirebiliriz. Currently, she lives in California. She is the mother of a daughter and a cat.
