She has completed coaching trainings of Adler Learning International accredited by the ICF and has further completed the advanced level of coaching training in the same organisation.

Rana Pendar has graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of İstanbul University and received a FCE certificate from The London School of English. Thereafter, she has completed International Business programme of Istanbul University. She has acted in a theatre with a Professional group for 6 years simultaneously with her education.

She started to work in finance sector following her graduation, and has worked as a manager in both corporate and personal banking units of leading banks in Turkey. She took the deelopment and training of teams as her priority in her professional life. Following her career in finance, she has decided to continue in coaching and training business. Her main motivation is accompanying people in realization of their vision. Main concepts that serve her life purpose is love, courage, balance and change and therefore coaching has a significant place in her life.

She has developed and presented various trainings in personal development including, “communication skills”, “personal awaraness”, “team work and trust” “feedback”, “management skills and leadership” , “training through facilitation and creativity” , “social styles” and “sale skills”.

Rana is giving lectures in some associations on communication and leadership, in addition to her coaching and training practice in the TCC.

Her hobbies are , travelling, skiing, surfing and playing piano.
