Executive Leadership Coach and Team Coach with the PCC, (Professional Certified Coach) title rendered by the ICF.
He has completed coaching trainings of Adler Learning International accredited by the ICF and has further completed Practicum, the advanced level of coaching training in the same organisation.

Tayfun Kandıralı, has graduated from the Faculty of Business of İstanbul University, and thereafter starting working at the Istanbul Stock Exchange, mainly in the positions of inspector, audit, supervision and vice president. He worked at the Stock Exchange for 23 years in capital markets area.

Tayfun has paid significant attention to people all through his careeer and his love and belief to humanbeings were the main motives which led him to inquire and understand people and also serve as a coach to contribute to people.

His main hobbies are poets, travelling, photography and Aikido.
