Following the work, the manager is provided with coaching services in business culture, human relations, people management, conflict resolution, and other similar areas, helping him to work more harmoniously and efficiently with his new local team. By providing guidance to the spouse or family of the employee on issues such as school, lifestyle and local culture, it becomes easier to adapt to new living spaces.
