Aslı has decided to change her career to continue as a coach and trainer when she had received coaching for herself while she was working as a manager, as she believed that it is totally in harmony with her personal vision.
She has completed coaching trainings of Adler Learning International accredited by the ICF and has further completed the advanced level of coaching training in the same organisation. Aslı Poyrazoğlu is a graduate of business administration from Trakya University She has worked as a manager in finance and accounting departments in various local or international companies operating in marketing, transportation and mining. She believes in the power of happy and successful work power which comes after becoming aware of one’s potential and enables people to reach their targets.
Aslı is also a member of internal regulatory board of the ICF Turkey. In addition to her practice as a coach she continues to deliver leadership trainings.
