She is a Senior Executive and Team Coach with the title of International Coaching Federation (ACC, Associate Certified Coach).
She received her coaching training from Adler Learning International, one of the accredited schools from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). For Team Coaching, she completed the (ORSC) Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program.
İdil Şeker graduated from İzmir American High School and METU Department of Economics and completed her MBA at Bilkent University.
She started her career at Arçelik within the Koç Group. During her 8-year working period here, she was in the merger periods of Durable Goods Group companies, and thus, Human Resources took an active role in organizational and cultural change processes. Lastly, she served as the Center Human Resources and Quality Manager responsible for the Central Recruitment and Career Management processes.
She transferred to Pepsi Bottling Group in 2002 as the Turkey Organization and Development Manager, and in the following years served as the Senior Manager of Sales Human Resources, Sales Competencies Development and Organizational Development, and finally as the South East Europe Region Human Resources Director.
Shre joined Yıldız Holding Family in 2012 as the Human Resources Strategy and System Development Group Director. She led the design and implementation of all Human Resources processes centrally for 60 companies within Yıldız Holding. Şeker has led many projects that triggered change, made a difference and were reflected in the press in the Holding. Since September 2014, with the acquisition of the British firm United Biscuit, it has taken an active role in globalization efforts.
Throughout her career, İdil Şeker has led the works of leadership development, change management, organizational design, system/process development, and talent management.
While continuing her corporate journey, she thought it was time to transform herself and completed Adler's coaching program. Receiving the ICF certificate and the title of ACC, she voluntarily carried out the role of in-house coach/mentor at Yıldız Holding for 2 years.
It is a pleasure for many senior executives to rediscover themselves by holding a mirror to their lives. This renewal and change of perspective in a person changes the climate of the whole organization and positively affects dozens of lives.
As she valued team coaching, she completed the ORSC (Organization Relationship and Systems Coaching) program in 2015. She focuses on Strengthening Teams. Development is a never-ending journey for her.
İdil Şeker works as a consultant and trainer in addition to her coaching activities at The Coaching Company.
She is married and has one child.
