Naci Demiral has drawn a profile of a leader who contributes and develops in order to train his teams and strengthen his leadership qualities during his business life.
In ICF Turkey; after being the Leader of the Marketing Board between 2010 - 2012, he assumed the duties of the Vice Chairmanfrom 2012 to 2014 and the Chairman between 2014-2016 and still continues his support as a Member of the Advisory Board of ICF Turkey.
In addition to his coaching activities at The Coaching Company, of which he is the founder, he gives trainings and conferences in the field of leadership and coaching and shares his knowledge with articles on the concepts of management, leadership and coaching in various magazines.
Demiral, is a graduate of Faculty of Business, from Ege Unversity and holds a master degree in marketing from the Social Sicences Institute of Istanbul University. Naci Demiral has started his career in fast consuming beverages sector and continued further in other areas such as lightening, retail, textile and shopping centers where he worked as a mid/high level manager. He was involved in many projects contributing to the development and change of the relevant organisations and was honored by various sucess awards.
Travelling and documentary photography have a significant place in his life as his main hobbies.
