Lale Demiral has worked many years as a senior manager in different international companies in the field of sales, marketing, distributor channels and business development of local and foreign markets (especially in the Middle East, Africa and the Balkans).

After graduating from the Economics Department of Boğaziçi University, she worked as an Economic Research Specialist in TÜSİAD, then in the Marketing Department of Başer Colgate and finally she helped Turkish and World children to smile by working many years at the leading toy companies such as Hasbro, LEGO, Maxitoys and Mattel.

Since May 2022, she has the responsibility of Coordinator in The Coaching Company.
