After graduating from Ege University Faculty of Business Administration, Canan Demiral completed the Management Specialization Program at Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, Institute of Business Economics.

She started her career in 1983 as the sales and marketing specialist of Isuzu-Skoda brands in the automotive sector, and continued as the Training Manager of Alarko Holding between 1986-2001. She worked as Project Coordinator at Yordam Danışmanlık between 2001-2003, and took place as a partner in Mentor Executive Coaching company between 2003-2005. She started to work as Koçbank Education Application Manager in May 2005, and continued to work as Yapı Kredi Bank Education Applications Manager after the Koçbank Yapı Kredi merger. She took an active role in the establishment of Yapı Kredi Banking Academy. She still continues to provide consultancy services as the founding partner of The Coaching Company.

In almost all of her business life, she has worked within the framework of training development, leadership development, and establishment of coaching and mentoring systems in institutions. In Peryön, where she became a member in 1987 due to the importance she attaches to the development of the profession; She served as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Secretary for 2 terms, as a member of the Supervisory Board for 3 terms and still continues to support as a member of the Ethics Committee.

Traveling and photographing the places she goes has an important place in her life.
