Executive Leadership Coach and Team Coach with the PCC, (Professional Certified Coach) title rendered by the ICF, she completed her coaching education in IPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, NJ USA), and became a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master-Practitioner.
Olga, has a total of 23 years professional background. In the beginning of Corporate Career, that started in Moscow, Russia in Perestroika times as Assistant of Finance Director in Radisson hotel, she had a dream to become a Finance Director in one of big international companies, that were not even present much in Russia in those years. It took her 13 year to become a Finance Director in Johnson&Johnson Russia. J&J Russia was the fastest growing in EMEA, supported in terms of investments and innovative projects. She then moved to Turkey, where helped to turn around the company, being a Finance Director and later Acting General Manager, and then to Middle East to be a Finance Director of the bigger cluster (Middle East, Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan). This experience allowed her to see the different approach that people use in various cultures, learn a lot how to deal with it. While moving to work abroad, Olga was lucky to be supported by a great coach. The way the coach asked questions and inspired her for actions, helping to find a way to navigate in the different culture, was incredible. This defined Olga’s future profession, that she’s so passionate about. Coaching allows her to build on the experience and help clients grow. One person at a time…

Olga has graduated from Moscow Technical University as a Radio Engineer. Later she completed finance education, and became a Certified Accountant, Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and Executive MBA in MIRBIS School of Bussiness (Russia).
Olga’s core values are love, family, trust, respect, growth and achievement. And Coaching helps her to leave in harmony with it.
