EFFECTIVE FEEDBACK
During Performance Evaluation periods, managers are expected to evaluate the performance of their employees systematically, on the one hand, and to make these evaluations through interviews and giving feedback, on the other hand. In fact, feedback should be given not only during performance evaluation periods but also when necessary and continuously.
Frequently heard phrases from employees; “their managers do not give feedback to them, they are only criticized”.
In this training, it is emphasized that receiving feedback is as important as giving it.
