As a natural consequence of the crises experienced one after another in recent years, many companies have taken measures to reduce costs. to make it a "system".
Globalization and increasing competition complicate life day by day, put pressure on the system and create an environment where leaders almost forget themselves in the hustle and bustle. In such an environment, in addition to their existing knowledge, skills and competencies, leaders need different ideas, creative thoughts, and most importantly, much more different and effective approaches in behavioral terms.
