SENIOR EXECUTIVE COACHING
Purpose: Individuals at the Middle and Senior Management; It is a one-on-one process program for self-recognition, awareness and revealing their potential, supporting and developing their competencies and displaying effective leadership skills.
Target Audience: Managers at all levels.
Contents:
• Increasing one's ability to live happily and successfully in all areas of his life, including his work and private life,
• Helping the person to be aware of the internal resources they have and supporting the use of these resources in the desired form and continuity,
• Focusing the person on what he really wants, his vision and goals,
• It is a special process program for how to continue this desire with determination and sustainability while reaching its goals.
• To be able to activate the leadership potential in business life and to lead with coaching approaches,
• To create awareness and skills to produce practical solutions to difficult situations without experiencing emotional declines,
• First of all, to increase strong communication skills and to develop the ability to work with different people,
• Supporting managers to be successful in the process of achieving their corporate goals,
• Developing efficient meeting and time management skills,
• It includes supporting the managers in the process of creating high-performance teams by gaining a coaching culture and developing long-term coaching approaches and delegation, motivation and control functions.
Method: One-to-one coaching interview. online and/or face-to-face
Duration : The coaching process consists of 10-12 meetings, each lasting 1-1.5 hours on average.
