LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Today's companies need managers and leaders who can contribute to their company by way of reaching sustainable success, creating competitive advantage, managing change and achieving the targets of the company and as such he companies are looking for ways to improve these leaders.

The aim of Leadership Development Program is to carry the attendees from their current position to the new generation strategic leadership.
The following qualifications are expected from the leaders or potential leaders who attend to this program:

• effective use of leadership hats
• understanding self and others
• implementing the most appropriate communication and management skills as needed -leading self and the environment -managing high performance teams -increase in overall performance and efficiency -better communication skills within the peers in management -positive development in company culture and working environment
• the capability to turn into inspiring role models -the competency to contribute to the transformation of the organization and
• sustainable behavioral changes.


This program is held within an approximate period of 8 months and consists of 4 main modules, individual coaching sessions, and is supported by implementations reinforcing the improvement and change.
