Tuğçe Yıldırım took her coaching training at Coaching Training Institute, which is one of the accredited schools by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and then completed her advanced coaching training at the same school.

She holds the Existential Analysis and Logotherapy certificate approved by the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy.

After she graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, she continued her studies in the field of Human Resources.

She held different positions in multinational companies as Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager respectively. She took end-to-end responsibilities within the scope of HR including many sub-processes such as; talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits etc. 

Tuğçe Yıldırım, who works in many different sectors, especially in the IT sector, including Production and Retail, has always enjoyed serving the lives of employees with one-to-one touches so that they can reach their potential throughout their career journey.

She has been giving service to her clients as a Professional Coach together with the dream of communities living "To live like a tree single and at liberty, And brotherly like the trees of a forest". She has been accompanying her clients on their journey to become both freer and more responsible individuals since 2020. 

Tuğçe Yıldırım continues to give a service in HR Consultancy, in addition to her coaching work at The Coaching Company.

Tuğçe Yıldırım is interested in writing and philosophy. She is married and has a child.
