İdil Şeker is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a senior executive, leadership and team coach and also works as a mentor coach.
She had her training in coaching from Adler Learning International, an accredited school of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She also completed the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program (ORSC) for Team Coaching.
Professional Background & Approach
After graduating from Izmir American High School and METU Department of Economics, she completed her MBA education at Bilkent University.
She started her career in Arçelik, Koç Group. During 8 years of working there, she has taken an active role in organizational and cultural change processes for the merger of Durable Consumer Goods companies and thus Human Resources functions. Finally, she took the role of Central Human Resources and Quality Manager, which is also responsible for Central Recruitment and Career Management processes.
In 2002, İdil was appointed as the Organization and Development Manager of Pepsi Bottling Group Turkey and then in the following years as the Senior Director of Sales Human Resources, Sales Competencies Development and Organizational Development and finally as the Director of Human Resources of the South East Europe Region.
In 2012, she joined the Yildiz Holding as Group Director of Human Resources Strategy and System Development. Within the Yildiz Holding Group, she led the design and implementation of all Human Resources processes centrally for 60 group companies. İdil has taken an active role in globalization process during the acquisition of United Biscuit British company by leading many projects that trigger change in holding, make a difference and reflect on the press.
In 2019, she started to work as a Senior Human Resources Director of Sabanci University to support young people. She has carried out many projects in order to carry both Administrative and Academic Human Management processes to global standards and contributed to the studies that will educate the young people of our country strongly while developing human management and leadership processes. While working at Sabanci University, Idil also continued to contribute to the development of institutions by providing trainings on Communication, Interaction, Decision Making in Uncertainty.
Allowing many senior managers to rediscover themselves by keeping a mirror to their lives gives them a distinct pleasure. She believes that this change of renewal and perspective in one person changes the climate of the whole organization and positively affects dozens of lives.
Idil, in addition to her coaching activities within The Coaching Company, is a consultant and trainer.
