This assessment is prepared to evaluate how the leader approaches behaviorally and to determine his/her strengths and aspects of development, as being responsible on one side and making an impact on the systems on the other side. And thus to focus on the coaching process provides a full profile of the leader’s behavioral approach, strengths and impact on systems.
It includes six different inventories filled out by the leader and their colleagues, such as:
• Sensory Focus Inventory (filled by the leader)
• Basic Attitudes & Behaivors (filled by the leader)
• Core Values Inventory (filled by the leader)
• Leadership Competencies and Behaviors Inventory (filled by co-workers and manager of the leader)
• Created Value Assessments (filled by co-workers and manager of the leader)
• Created Value Assessments (filled by people report to the leader)
After the completion of the inventory, a specially arranged PDF report is sent to the person's e-mail address. Thanks to this report, which is enriched with detailed information and graphics, the person who receives coaching services realizes the strengths and aspects of development and thus wants to focus on the coaching process.
