The Coach-Style Trainer Development Program is a development program aimed at developing the competencies of internal trainers of the companies with a coaching approach, providing them coaching skills and enabling them to use these skills effectively and lead with impact.
The Program has 4 Modules:
1. Presentation & Stage Presence
Although a certain amount of theoretical information is given in this module, it is aimed to improve the stage presence and comfort of the participants with video-supported practices and evaluations with each participant one-on-one during the training period.
2. Diction Training
In this module, each participant practices one-on-one, grammatically correct, fluent and understandable speaking skills, self-expression effectively, control the excitement of speaking in front of the crowd and usage of voice the right and the beautiful ways.
3. Coach-Style Trainer Approach
In this module, the participants practices in both binary and groups, to get to know the human, the structure of the mind and the effect of brain systems on behavior, to ask strong questions, to listen actively, to train with leadership approach, to feel and understand the energy in the training environment, to give and take feedback effectively and to reinforce different practices.
4. Mentorship for Coach-Style Trainers
This module covers the observation of the Mentor during the training of each internal trainer who has completed the first two modules of the program and provides post-training evaluation and feedback.
