For many years, Lale Demiral has been a senior manager in international companies by being responsible of company establisment, sales, marketing, distributor channels and business development in Turkish market and foreign markets such as Middle East, Africa and Balkans.
After graduating from Bogazici University Department of Economics in 1988, she started her business life as an Economic Research Specialist in TUSIAD, then continued in Baser Colgate as a Product Manager at the Marketing Department.
Since 1991, she was helping the Turkish and World children to smile when she was working in leading toy companies such as Hasbro, LEGO, Maxitoys and Mattel for almost 30 years.
Since May 2022, Lale is serving as the Coordinator of The Coaching Company.
