Pınar A. Başaran is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a senior executive, leadership and team coach and also works as a mentor coach.
She had her coaching training from Adler Learning International, approved by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). She has also completed ICF-approved Leadership Coaching trainings given by People Dynamics Learning Group.
Professional Background & Approach
Pinar graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1993. After starting her business life in Ankara in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, she continued to be a legal consultant at Paksoy Law Office in Istanbul in 1998.
After working at Paksoy Law Office for 1998-2009 for 11 years of which 7 years as a partner lawyer, she then worked part-time at the Eryürekli Law Office from April 2009 to November 2014. During these years, Pınar Aydemir was an advisor to Turkish, foreign and multinational companies based in Turkey and abroad in the fields of corporate law, contracts, business law and competition law. In accordance with both her understanding of the practice of law and her vision of life, she completed Mediation Training for Lawyers at Bilgi University in 2013 and became a mediator after giving the relevant exams of the Ministry of Justice in 2014.
Pinar has spent more than 27 years of her professional career as an executive partner, practicing law/law consultancy, especially the last eight years working mainly towards the personal and professional training and development of people and institutions in administrative and management positions.
She has a master's degree in “Public Relations and Corporate Communications” in Bilgi University and has continued her trainings to support coaching practice such as “coaching and presence in organizations”, “story telling”.
Pinar believes that everything starts with people and the most valuable investment is the investment in people and also the idea of getting a professional coach support in the process of personal development, change and transformation is necessary.
Pinar Aydemir, who has been Executive Coach since 2014, in addition to the Coaching work carried out within The Coaching Company, is engaged in the contribution of coaching in the preparation of family constitution for family companies and coaching effect in the management of disputes workshop.
