Zerrin Aytar is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a senior executive, leadership and team coach, mentor coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
Professional Background
Zerrin has started her business life as a Training Specialist in İş Bankası in 1997, where she worked for more than 20 years in the Talent Management Department within the scope of training management of bank employees’ needs and analysis. During this period, she worked simultaneously in recruitment and in-house promotion interviews and competency assessments. She took part in writing in internal publications and preparing and applying examinations and gave different trainings to the bank employees.
Within the framework of the decision to establish an in-house coaching system, she completed basic coaching trainings at Erickson Coaching School and became a certified Erickson coach. As of 2017, she received the title of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by fulfilling the requirements within ICF.
After receiving the coaching accreditation, she provided coaching/team coaching support to employees and managers in different roles and titles within the institution. In addition, she has regularly participated in coaching projects with mainly university students within the framework of social responsibility. As a Darussafaka volunteer, she contributed training and coaching services for students and teachers.
In the last 7 years of business life, she served as HR officer of the broad technology team within the bank, supported managers with leadership training and team coaching, produced solutions addressed to the needs of the whole team, provided coaching support and applied skills to the institution.
She is a graduate of Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations.
In addition to her coaching activities within The Coaching Company, she also provides consultancy and training.
