Esra Alpaslan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an experienced executive, leadership and team coach and also serves as a mentor coach.
Since 2018, she has been providing coaching support and holding mirrors to many leaders and leading candidates as a professional coach.
Education & Professional Background
Esra holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Istanbul University. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the energy and digital industries, holding various managerial positions in Turkey and Germany.
For 10 years, she worked in sales and procurement functions in Turkey. For the past 5 years, she has held global leadership roles in Germany, currently serving as a Project Manager at Siemens AG.
She actively contributes to Siemens' internal coaching and mentoring programs and is a member of both the Diversity Council and Culture Ambassador network, supporting organizational and cultural transformation.
Esra is actively involved in leadership associations and social responsibility projects, mentoring future leaders. She is particularly passionate about Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and Change Management with specialized expertise in career and executive coaching.
She guides professionals in strengthening their leadership skills, achieving sustainable success and managing change effectively through both individual and group coaching.
